Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the U.S. only. At this time, we don’t ship internationally, but shoot us an email at help@hawthorneformen.com with your country, and we’ll work to get it on our map!

When will I get my order?

Most orders arrive within 2-5 business days from when the order is placed. Your order confirmation email sent from orders@hawthorneformen.com will have your estimated delivery date. You can also check your shipping confirmation email to track your package using the tracking number. Shipping confirmation emails typically arrive within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed.

What does shipping cost?

Shipping is always free at Hawthorne, even for returns!

What if I’m not happy with my cologne? How do I exchange it?

We want you to enjoy your scents, so we have a 30-day free replacement bottle policy. Let us know if you don’t like your scents, and we will send you a replacement bottle at no extra charge. We’ll send you a return label along with the new bottle, so that you can return the one you don’t like. Just email us at help@hawthorneformen.com to get the process started, and we’ll take care of you. Please note that the 30-day free replacement bottle policy does not apply for re-orders.

What is your return policy?

If you prefer a return, we can also set you up with a full refund within 30 days of placing your order. Email us at help@hawthorneformen.com to get the return process started. We’d love to hear your feedback, too. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for e-gift cards or re-orders.

How long does the replacement, return, or exchange process take?

For replacement bottles, once we ship your new item, you should receive it within 2-5 days. We expect the exchanged bottle back within 14 days of your replacement bottle arriving.

For returns, once we receive your returned items, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment. The funds can take up to 3 business days to show up in your account.
