Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the U.S. only. At this time, we don’t ship internationally, but shoot us an email at help@hawthorneformen.com with your country, and we’ll work to get it on our map!

What does shipping cost?

Shipping is always free at Hawthorne, even for returns!

Where is my order / shipping confirmation email?

You should receive your order confirmation email immediately after you place your order. If you don’t, please check your junk/spam filter. Gmail and other email providers sometimes put it there. Shipping confirmation emails with tracking numbers typically arrive via email within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed after USPS has first updated your order. If you have any questions, email us at help@hawthorneformen.com

When will I get my order?

Most orders arrive within 2-5 business days from when the order is placed.

I’m looking for something specific you make. Can I order that particular scent?

Yup! Just shoot us an email to help@hawthorneformen.com, and we’ll track it down for you!

Do you test on animals or use animal-derived products?

We do not test on animals, and we do not use animal-derived products. We let the animals be in peace.

What if I’m not happy with my cologne? How do I exchange it?

We want you to enjoy your scents, so we have a 30-day free replacement bottle policy. Let us know if you don’t like your scents, and we will send you a replacement bottle at no extra charge. We’ll send you a return label along with the new bottle, so that you can return the one you don’t like. Just email us at help@hawthorneformen.com to get the process started, and we’ll take care of you. Please note that the 30-day free replacement bottle policy does not apply for re-orders.

What is your return policy?

If you prefer a return, we can also set you up with a full refund within 30 days of placing your order. Email us at help@hawthorneformen.com to get the return process started. We’d love to hear your feedback, too. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for e-gift cards or re-orders.

How long does the replacement, return, or exchange process take?

For replacement bottles, once we ship your new item, you should receive it within 3-5 days. We expect the exchanged bottle back within 14 days of your replacement bottle arriving.

For returns, once we receive your returned items, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment. The funds can take up to 3 business days to show up in your account.
